★ Worldwide Shipping by Registered Air Mail from Hong Kong. Delivery leadtime to US is around 4 - 10 days, UK 3 - 7 days & most of the countries around 6 -14 business days (unless unexpected delays like weather issue, customs check and peak seasons like Christmas).
All international buyers are liable for any custom/duty fees incurred when your purchase is entering your country.
Our policy lasts 14 days. We accept return of item damage in 14 days upon receipt, please notify us immediately with photo proof. After 14 days upon receipt of the item, we regret that we can't offer refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging when you send back to post office to avoid additional shipping cost. Otherwise, buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for return of item.
★ REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of receipt notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once refund is confirmed, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
★ LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for refund to be processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Any order cancellation during the process of delivery, buyer may refuse to accept the parcel and it will return to us without additional postal cost. Otherwise, buyer has to bear the shipping cost of return. Please be advised that refund will only be processed upon receipt of the returned item and customer has to bear the return postal fee.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Any sale items cannot be refunded.
★ Custom Order
For custom order, we will provide dummy photo for customer's review and confirm. Once order is confirmed and it is not refundable.
★ EXCHANGES (if applicable)
